Used for measuring the volume flow of conducting liquid and slurry in closed conducts. Widely used in steel, electricity, petroleum, chemical, coal, metallurgy,paper making, water supply, and drainage, food, medicine industry, etc. Measurement is independent of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. There are no obstacle parts in the measuring tube, no pressure loss to the tube of which the straight part is of low requirement. The converter of the LCD backlight type shows and reading easily under the sun or in the darkroom. In a bad environment, parameters can be set up through the infrared ray touch nubs without opening the cover of the converter. The flowmeter with a bidirectional measurement system, built-in three totalizers: positive total amount, reverse total amount, and total amount difference. It shows the positive and negative flow with multiform outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART. The converter has an alarm output function of self-diagnosis, empty load test, high and low limit of the flow,two-stage flow value, batch control of function, etc. Not only used in the general process, but also in the test of mineral serosity, paper pulp as well as pastry liquid. High-pressure type electromagnetic flow sensor adopting PFA lining technology which is resistant to high pressure and negative pressure is especially applicable in industries of oil, chemistry, etc. Typical applications The measuring principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter is based on the electromagnetic induction law of Faraday. The sensor is mainly composed of a measuring tube with an isolate lining, a pair of electrodes installed by penetration of the measuring tube wall, a pair of coils, and an iron core to produce a working magnetic field. When the conductive fluid flows through the measuring tube of the sensor, the voltage signal in direct proportion to the average flow velocity of the fluid will be inducted on the electrodes.
