Instructions to replace M12 Connector O-ring for Analog Input and Loadcell Device
1. Devices to be applied:
Item code | Description | Remarks |
WSPLR-AI | LoRaWAN Precision Analog Input | Risk of water ingress at the bottom M12 connectors (5 connectors) due to the thin gasket (attached with M12 connector cover). Suggest to remove this thin gasket, and replace by the NBR O-ring. Note: the device with thick gasket (attached with M12 connector cover) still meet the IP67 rating. Need not to replace it by O-ring. |
WSPLR-LC | LoRaWAN Loadcell Input |
Note: The devices are with Thick-flat gasket need not to replace the O-ring.

Step 8: Remove the thin-gasket (attached with connector cover), and insert the new O-ring from the front side of connector. Repeat this step for 03 inside connectors.
Step 9: Re-assemble the 03 inside M12 connectors to housing and lock them tightly with nut.
