Troubleshooting for LoRaWAN communication
This is the troubleshooting for the LoRaWAN sensors with FW versions listed below:

We have another case: after power-up, the device keeps sending the start-up message in a pre-defined cycle. We figured out the problem is from the battery, one of the batteries was draining off. After replacing the new batteries, the device works as normal.
